Lovewhip’s latest album, Love Electric, is a futuristic dance party complete with unicorns, icebots, intrigue, electronic sex toys, and rock'n'roll! Each song on the album is chock full of catchy hooks, mixing dancehall reggae with disco, pop and rock. The album was produced by Jake Zavracky (producer/composer, of the bands Cyanide Valentine and Quick Fix), and recorded in Boston and Brooklyn.

Track #1 was recorded by Lovewhip and Darron Burke at Makeshift Studio in Hyde Park, MA. It features guest synth wizardry by MicL PTVN, and percussion by Luis Blanco. Erin Harpe on guitar and vocals, Jim Countryman on bass, and Dave Kocses on drums.
Track #2 is the super rad dance remix by Mark E. Moon from Compound 440/Plunge into Death/Big Digits fame.

Delta Blues Duets features Lovewhip lead singer/guitarist Erin Harpe, accompanied on vocals and guitar by her father, bluesman Neil Harpe. The duets showcase harmonized vocals and dueling finger picking acoustic guitar parts, just like Memphis Minnie and Kansas Joe! The ten-song album was recorded at Mix One Studio in Boston MA and mastered at Makeshift Mastering in Hyde Park, MA.
